Booking rules

• Online booking is open for eligible students.
• Booking opens up to 14 days before class.
• Booking stays open until class starts when space and pass rules allow it.
• Cancel up to 2 hours before class; pass credits are not automatically returned.
• Late cancellations may count as a used visit.
• When the class is full, joining the waitlist may hold one pass credit until you are promoted or released.
• Student check-in opens 30 minutes before class and closes 15 minutes after start.
